I had the most exceptional time being involved with The One Summit! 🥳 It was a weekender on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th August 2021 and a first of it’s kind virtual event, created for people to not only become their best self to accelerate them having the ultimate relationship, but to connect with like-minded individuals who share the same values 
Those who attended had the opportunity to not only learn new skills and techniques but to build confidence, self belief and clarity in their search for finding better connections from world-renowned psychotherapists, relationship experts and mindfulness teachers 
I had the pleasure of holding a workshop on ‘Warning! Abandoning Your Values Can Block Your Dating & Relationship Success’.
Values are what you hold to be important in love, life and your relationships. When you identify a value, what that value means to you can reveal so much in terms of your dating and relationship success.
