I’m super happy to announce that on 6th September 2020 at 2PM (BST), I’ll be releasing another 4-part video series! This time about ‘self-care’ on my ‘Teresha Young’ YouTube channel!
In this series, I’ll be delving deep into the importance of ‘self-care,’ along with sharing an original piece of poetry from yours truly on the topic of self-love and providing you with ‘7 Days of Self-Care’ tips to cover your entire week.
Why?
Because your self-care is vital and is a daily practice. It’s absolutely necessary to be taking care of you by looking after your physical, mental and emotional well-being, so that you can live life fully.
Not only that, having a strong, loving relationship with yourself, sets the bar for any other relationships (of all kinds) you have or will have in the future.
