Energy is always radiating out of us. We’re always in it and part of it. Consequently, your emotional state holds an energetic frequency and different emotional states have different frequencies.
As we’re all connected through energy, we match other people’s energy and emotional states. This is why, for example, you can pick up on your partner’s bad mood when you return home. Or have you walked in the office and sensed that a work colleague’s or your manager ‘s vibe was off?
Understanding these energetic frequencies is vital, as they can get you more, or less of what you want in your life and relationships with other people.
You can be the person who lights up the room! 😊
So what are these frequencies?
There are low frequency energies: shame, humiliation, guilt, blame, grief, regret, anxiety, fear, disappointment, longing, anger, hate, entitlement…
This is the energy where most of us live and has a negative impact on our connections with others.
And then there are high frequency energies: hopeful, courageous, trusting, willing, optimistic, accepting, forgiving, understanding, empathetic, love, joy, peace, enlightenment…

By holding high frequency energies at all times in your life (and it can be for any reason, not just in your adult relationships, such as good feeling thoughts about your children, your pets, a hobby, anything)… it will automatically impact your life and relationships in a positive way, because it allows you to create more of what you want in your life.
Therefore, if you change your frequency, you change your reality! 🌟

What you’ll notice is as you hold a higher energetic frequency, other people totally and unconsciously start matching your energy and become drawn to you! You’ll also become in alignment with your personal goals.
Here are 4 Steps to increase your energetic frequency:
1) Close your eyes, touch your heart and breathe
Think of a time in your life when you felt all was right in the world. When you felt unconditional love, joy and connection.
Go into the image within the depths of your mind. Feel it in the 1st person. The mind doesn’t know the difference between visualisation and reality.
Therefore, really feel everything within the image.
Feelings are the energetic force that makes it all happen and by doing this, you’re increasing your energetic frequency
4) Stay High Vibe
Once your feelings are elevated, do your best to continue with your day remaining in this higher frequency. If you feel your energy levels starting to dip, repeat this process
